There are tons of options: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=insulated+medication+travel+bag+tsa+approved&crid=1UGZFKEHQTPF2&sprefix=insulated+medication+%2Caps%2C1133&ref=nb_sb_ss_i_4_21

I personally used this one: https://www.amazon.com/Icy-Cools-Neoprene-Insulated-Medicine/dp/B0089SFJLU/ref=sr_1_19?crid=1UGZFKEHQTPF2&keywords=insulated+medication+travel+bag+tsa+approved&qid=1571587093&sprefix=insulated+medication+%2Caps%2C1133&sr=8-19

It worked fine. I froze the insert until we left for the airport and was visiting family so I could refreeze it for the trip home. I had zero issues with TSA despite me alarmingly and repeatedly telling them directly I had medications and syringes the first time. They just waved it off and didn't even look or ask. I was flying TSA Precheck as well so they don't require you to take any liquids out anyway. I kept the original prescription labels with my name on them just in case there was any questions.

medicines are always allowed- even liquid ones. I flew with my Lupron last week -- my nurse wanted me to keep it refrigerated so I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0089SFJLU/ref=s9_acsd_hps_bw_c_x_1_w

(which can be used to carry snacks or a bottle that needs to be cold down the line or really anything you want to put in it) It worked great- kept it cold for 8+ hours. Make sure the ice pack part is FROZEN when you get to the airport though. I put my needles in the packet w/ the vial because I was only going away a few days and the needles fit. If you need to pack them separately that's fine too- you can bring as much medicine "stuff" as needed- just declare it when you go through security-- which I did on the way there "hey, I have liquid medication and needles" and they told me just put it in it's own bin. I watched the security officer take it off the belt, open my little kit, feel the ice pack a bit and then put it back and send it down the line. Going home I said nothing and they didn't question it nor examine it!
