It looks exactly like mine which is an Indian Crusher, but it looks like it has a blazers button glued to the top or something.
It's pretty awesome by the way. I've had people not believe me when I said I only paid $8 for it, and $3 was in shipping.
My personal experience is that grinders have produced a higher quality smoke. It grinds the bud so fine and even. Plus you can start a kief collection :D. Here is the grinder i bought:

I left out a crucial piece of information... I have a larger grinder that is much better. In fact it was also quite cheap, cheaper than the little one!

I bought a cheap 4-piece grinder on Amazon (I think it was this one, it was the same brand: http://www.amazon.com/Indian-Crusher-Piece-Tobacco-Grinder/dp/B007JLVOQW) and if you use the "upside down grind" technique you can get grinds that rival the finishing grinder. I might have pictures of the grind quality somewhere if you're interested.
