For basic stats concepts, JB Statistics is by far the best statistics explanations I have ever come across. Light to medium on the math, but explains the concepts extremely well. In particular, I recommend watching the "Sampling Distributions" playlist at least twice to fully comprehend the Central Limit Theorem.
If you want even less math and more conceptual, get Intuitive Biostatistics by Motulsky. It's essential for scientists and medical professionals who don't have a strong background in math. Can't really offer anything math-heavy.
