Wow, I really did not expect this to be so controversial. As an ardent fan of J! Archive and the Jeopardy fan community I didn't intend anything malicious - and obviously made a mistake in not reaching out to the powers-that-be before hand to get their blessing. (Though I did try and join the forum to talk about this there first, but never received my account confirmation). Also there is no "terms of use" listed on the J! Archive site. Additionally, Multiple other aggregators of J! Archive have existed in various forms (including mobile, scrapers, etc.) for multiple years. Some have even been celebrated on J Archive forums (https://www.jboard.tv/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2718).

So, respectfully, I am still confused as to why this particular app is so "egregiously" endangering the existence of J-Archive.
