Like others have said, it varies so much. I really feel for you, it sounds like you are having a particularly tough go of it. Nightshades do indeed bring me trouble, personally. Also, I haven't found supplements to be of any consequence. I am a dairy-free vegetarian myself. I shower once a day and I only ever use Hibiscrub on my body. I believe that this product helps my skin. I cannot recommend Sudocrem enough, both for soothing existing wounds and healing quieter/inactive wounds. I only trust Jason Deodorant. I find it soothing and effective. I wouldn't make a homemade deodorant, but that's down to my own ignorance on the topic. Jason works for me. You can find the products on Amazon but they are reasonably popular - if not available on Amazon you should be able to find other vendors on other websites.

(I know I've included Sudocrem twice, but it really has made my life easier and if I can share it with anyone I would love to. Also sidenote, I also use it as a face cream twice a week when I go to bed. I use white pillow cases because it is a thick cream. It's my skins best friend)
Good luck OP.
