Did the two years of C++ cover OOP at all? You said you'd be teaching the basics, so you may need to use a beginners book. The Deitel Developer's Series is pretty good. It still covers the basics, but it also teaches using techniques you'd see in actual development.
Of course if you want to put a good amount of time into it and save your students some cash, you can use various online resources and construct the course however you'd like :).
