I'd go for the Kershaw Knockout.
Reasons: better handle material (aluminum vs plastic), deep carry pocket clip as standard, 2 deployment methods (flipper and thumbstud) and no "butterfly tax" (almost half the price).
Both made in the US.
The $100 range is really dry for us Canadians, especially when buying new. Kershaw is usually the best bet if you want something assisted, a bit larger, and of decent quality for the price.
There's also the Kershaw Knockout which I've heard good things about.
I own a damn big collection. The Kershaw 1870OLBLK is my daily carry and I do use the crap out of it.

I think you'd like the Kershaw Knockout, although it's just slightly higher than $50.
