The bellows will allow you to focus, the kids periscopes have a much larger top end. You may want to remove the lenses on both ends to reduce image degradation, and may end up shaving some of the smaller end off to increase field of view. Otherwise it should work, plus it is under $100 so even if it doesn't you still end up with a bellows that you can slap a prime onto for some macro work.
