HW2 here, cheap amazon charger, adb works fine.

OK, I have this charger, and it definitely supports adb. (Edit: Looks like the same one /u/HomelessDrifter linked)

I was able to list the device with adb devices and open a shell with adb shell.

FYI you have to freshly authorize the adb connection every time you plug/unplug the watch, which I don't remember having to do when I've used adb before. But I don't use adb very often so maybe I'm wrong.

And I could ONLY see the prompt on the watch asking me to authorize the adb connection if I was already in the "developer options" section of the settings, FWIW.
