Sorry, not a suggestion but rather came here with comments about a popular strap on Amazon that didn't work for me. So I am still looking for a good milanese strap myself.
I tried the Koreda one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y2YLBN8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01) and while the "Sapphire Blue" was almost a perfect match to the active 2 "aqua black", the band was too stiff and too long for my tiny wrist.
Worth keeping in mind that the watch isn't really black so most black bands will look grey/warm black compared to the blueish tint of the aqua black watch.
