341179 is 100% the correct KYB Excel-G part# for the rears. If you're having issues getting them to line up, maybe the struts aren't the issue.
I replaced all 4 struts on my 98 base last fall. Everything installed perfectly.

One thing to note, the rear KYB mount kits included the stock length "sleeves"...which retained the rear "shock knock" issue. So I had to replace those with the shorter length part#52728-S30-004 afterward. That part# is only for a 2001, but it will fit 97-00. It's listed as 2001 only because that's when Honda realized there was an issue and changed the actual part.
