L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner. I've tried sooooooo many liners, it's a joke. Cream, gel, pencil, pen, brush tip, felt tip, $5, $45, you name it, it's been on my eyes. This is the best one. THE BEST.

Wow, there are some really awesome recommendations and many of which you purchased already.
First, I'll say it a million times. The Lorac Pro Palette. I cannot live without mine.
Secondly, a BB cream. I would recommend trying a Holika Holika sometime in your life :)
Thirdly, I would die for your lips, please get yourself a MAC red lipstick, I don't even care which LOL. I have Russian Red and adore it. If you don't want to take the plunge get NYX Perfect Red Matte I love this lipstick so much.
My fav skin product is Vivant 3 in 1
Lastly, if you want a nice, dramatic, easy to work with eyeliner This is a felt tip with a little practice you can get a great wing with it. It does rub off easy though, so be careful :)

I found http://www.amazon.com/LOreal-Paris-Intense-Eyeliner-0-05-Fluid/dp/B004BCVBKG and it's similar to the CK one I have (I got it with some perfume I got for xmas...and I like it better than the perfume!) What I do, because I'm no good with liquid liner but adore the look, is do a FINE line with my pencil, and then go over it with the liquid. It's a bit of a cheat, but it works!
