Strangely enough, I'm having a hard time finding them in English (I had no problem finding the French and Hebrew versions). Ben-Yehuda's English title is "A Dream Come True.". It may be in the public domain, but easy to find. Ben-Avi's should be called something like the "At The Dawn of Our Independence: Memories of the First Hebrew Child." In Hebrew it's:

עם שחר עצמאותנו : זכרונות-חייו של הילד העברי הראשון

He also has a biography about his father called "Avi" or "My Father," but I didn't find English translations of Ben-Avi's works. If you read French, there's a book that has both Ben-Yehuda's work and Ben-Avi's memoires on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/2220040968/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_YWXUDb2Z717HA

Edit: Any modern Ben-Yehuda biography or book about the revival of Hebrew will use those source materials heavily, so it might be easier to choose a biography on Amazon or from the library with good reviews.
