Lasko makes some nice powerful fans. Something like this one has worked for many years for me. Multiple speeds and a remote so you can adjust while riding.
Edit: the tilting makes it superior to a box fan.

Excellent point, but for 2 things.
That said, if I were make a second one, I will definitely get a square sided fan and filter approach for portability and space issues.
