Many pro players in Korea keep heating pads to warm their hands, so hot hands would not be a bad idea. Think about getting a reusable one that you can boil and snap to activate and not waste so much of those disposable ones. I don't really know what they're made out of.

I don't know how good these specific ones are, but they're 5 bucks: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001I0NUJY/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000F3Q524&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=15TMP8D8G0EMSX7696HJ

Keep a few on hand so you don't have to reboil every hour. You can also find reusable dry ones similar to hot hands. MakaPrime left his at the interview desk after either his round of 64 or 32 GSL3 interview. Maka is also often seen wearing a hoodie with another zipper-front hoodie draped over his shoulders while in his booth. I've heard he likes to play in the cold (booths are climate controlled, and apparently he cranks the temp way down).
