I would recommend the ASUS ZenBook UX303UB because it comes with everything you need , i7 dual core CPU which is one of the best in the market and great for your usage, 16 GB of ram for smooth multitasking, Good SSD storage of 512 GB for faster boot up and loading, up to 12 hrs. of battery life, very good build quality .
It's not 2 in 1 but it have a touch screen .
Or if you willing to give Lenovo another go I would recommend the YOGA 720 it comes with everything you need , i7 dual core CPU which is one of the best in the market and great for your usage, 16GB of ram for smooth multitasking, Good SSD storage of 256GB for faster boot up and loading, high build quality, very good heat management, 4k IPS screen, 2 in 1 features, 940 MX GPU, and it is within your budget.
Go with the Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 15.6inch it comes with a 940mx graphics card that can run overwatch easily.

I can link you the one I have, it's definitely not a great computer in comparison to my PC, but it's alright it's got a 960m 500gb SSD, 16 GB of RAM, core i7-6700hq. So by no means is it a gaming computer BUT it runs code and any internet browsing with ease. CSGO gets barely 60 FPS in a 5v5 but it's awful. The screen is such vivid colors, it's IPS I believe, beats the shit out of my TN 240hz color wise. It lasts about 4 hours on integrated graphics and like 2 with dedicated graphics off of a full charge. Battery saver mode is a godsend and lasts it up to 6-7. A full college day for me.

It only has 256 gb SSD which is weird I got him with 512 gb, but I bought mine at Best Buy. But you can easily remove the bottom panel and insert a new m.2 drive at whatever storage you'd like.
