Idk if you realize how small 5x5 is. But if you want "ice" feeling you're probably going to be fairly disappointed even with most hard pads. Eventually feet get worn and you won't have that consistent feel.

I think you'll prefer a different solutoon, and save more money, by installing ceramic mouse feet.

You don't need to put it in the slots where your feet are at, just make sure they're spaced wide enough that the mouse doesn't rock.

But essentially ceramic feet slide much better than any ptfe feet. Ceramic should also not degrade over time so you'll get a consistent feel always.

Thank you very much here is a picture.
If you want some i got mine from here. (Beware they may not work with all mice due to hight.)

Broken? Must look that way because of how shiny they are. Their great skates for the G305. I think I would only recommend them on hard pads though.

they're slighty thicker than the corepads i have on so i didn't need to remove them, using a hardpard.

inlove with them really would say that they have almost double the glide of corepad.

Yup, right here

If your mouse has a high enough LOD you can get ceramic mouse feet they’re as fast as mouse feet can get and they don’t wear down. They’re a bit pricey though. Ceramic mouse pads Mo42 Lexip - Compatible laser and optical mouse https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MW5XJ8G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_P-SOCb3NS0D47

Ceramic mouse feet that don't wear down. Really slippery and nice stopping power. If you want most consistent mouse feet, these are them.

Downsides are that they wear down the mouse pad more than regular ones and that they are 20e + shipping. Hardpads like helios won't wear down. Edit also they are much thicker than orginal ones 1.2mm, so you might want to check if you can even use them

You don't have to reply to this, but just to give you an idea of the real problems I'm having with these sensors in this 150 dollar mouse I'll mention my situation.

I just purchased some ceramic mouse feet (possibly 1-1.2mm tall?) to use for fast glide on my hard pad and here are the results.

  • G305 Hero 12k - mouse track but LOD lower
  • GPro Wireless, 150$, Hero 16k - mouse does not track on anything, LOD too low
  • MX518 Hero 16k - mouse tracks but LOD really low
  • G900, 100$+, 3366 - mouse tracks but LOD really low

Now if I could control the LOD or at least had an option for surface tuning, I could deal with this LOD distance stuff. But right now, I'm at the mercy of stock LOD.

Previously, logitech said that the Hero sensors did surface tuning automatically. Surface tuning effectively changed the LOD in the mouse. But whatever these hero sensors are doing automatically, it doesn't seem to impact the LOD at all.

This is a problem that even a cheap mouse with adjustable LOD doesn't have.

you should use ceramic feet they don't wear out as fast as ptfe feet on the glorious helios and they glide alot better on hard pads. Their compatible with almost all mice.
