I was looking at books and this one seems to address liberation theology. The reviews seem to be saying that it more critiques it, I'll have to find something that goes in depth as to the origin of these theologies.

I think you are right when saying the most Biblical theology (Arguably Reformed Theology) is indiscriminate. The Gospel does not regard race, all men are sinful, not just one race / color.
