Reddit mentions of Lightroom 3: Streamlining Your Digital Photography Process

There are endless videos available for learning LR, but I found going through a book presented in a rational order to be the most helpful. Nat Coalson's Lightroom 3 was well reviewed here and I found it very helpful. He has a LR 4 version out as well.

The first one give you all the nuts and bolts. It's so important to figure out how you want
