I got a question, when did you start exercising?

I'm a marathon runner btw. At first, it's quite an awkward moment for me that I start jogging around the street where people looking at me, cars passing by, and I feel like some bastard is talking negative things about me. And weeks passed, I got used to it and I look myself as I was 'just jogging' on the street.

The thing that motivates me to exercise is my 'I can do it' thought (I learned this attitude from this book and I lost 20 lbs last 3 years ago)
