Fuck those mattress cover clips. They're such a pain in the ass.
I use these sheets and since switching to them I've never had a problem. It's advertised as fitting "mattresses 6"- 22" deep, fully elasticized fitted sheet makes for a secure fit"
I don't know if it's the fully elasticized part or just that they planned for mattresses up to 22" (mine is 14") but whatever it is it works great.
That said I'm thinking on it now and I'd bet it's the fully elasticized part. Maybe that's something to look for?
