I would recommend the Mass Effect Poster Collection from Amazon, it's only 18 bucks. It comes with 20 posters on thick paper and has the same lithograph art that Bioware used to sell. These are amazing quality and are definitely worth it. :)

It looks really nice in person too. I got the collection for Reddit's Secret Santa, and the prints are solid. It's cheap too!
