Therapy is on my radar in the coming weeks, and I'm really looking forward to it. I need a good long emotional purge with an outside source. Also trying to be better about exercising daily; it really does help!
Is this the B supplement you mention? Looks like SAM-e isn't recommended for people with bipolar, but the Max Stress B works well!
