I take Equate brand (walmart) of fiber (dextrin).
I also use this product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012OWPOFW/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_LuWsDbRS028SC

Best price I found. I do 1 tablespoon of the fiber and I cap full of osmotic laxative.
I put it is my oatmeal, coffee or orange juice.

I also do 1/2 cup flax seed and hemp seed. Equal parts mixed into oatmeal. The hemp is very nutritious and my husband can even eat it plain!

I had a terrible time with constipation and finally now no difficulty! I was miserable so I understand. Good luck!
