If she's alone during the day, that's no longer safe for her. If someone is there but she is sneaking out there are a couple of steps you can take. The black mat the /u/Malachite6 mentions is a quick and easy one. You can also install a lock either up high, or down low where it's out of her line of sight but others can easily reach. If she's alone, locking her in is a bad idea in case of an emergency. You can put an alarm on her door. You can also put a tracker on her in case she gets lost.
Truly though, wandering off is usually the point where a secure living situation needs to be taken seriously.

I need advice on portable GPS, the ones that work with a sim card. Are they useful and reliable? I’m thinking on getting this one or something similar. Thanks!
