These are all dirty cheap chinese knockoffs. Please check reviews before you order any of them. But for $15 bucks you can get a 'ok' recording cam and stuff it somewhere out of sight enough to catch this asshole if he does anything else.

I own that dash cam. Its garbage, and I'm surprised it works. What isn't pictured is that the battery dies instantly if you unplug is, so she probably had the charging cables dangling within her field of vision. So not to say the cop wasn't a vindictive asshole, but if she had crap in her field of view then that one ticket would be valid.
