The Yiynova monitors get better reviews than the Huion. There's a 19" HD for about $450 and 22" FHD for about $750. Personally I find it hard to use anything less than FHD, and at 22" I'd definitely want QHD or better. If I were in your place I'd buy a 15" non-display Monoprice pen tablet for $50-$100 and hook it up to a computer. The reviews are generally positive except for about half the people who can't get the drives to work.

I have this one
I was gonna recommend that brand since it's inexpensive, but I didn't think wacom were that inexpensive too.

It has a lot of customizable hotkeys, cordless pen with batteries so you can dead weight and lose it everywhere (not that heavy, batteries don't die quickly, but wireless is not a plus), the pen's tip rolls in place which prevents it from sharpening too fast, but causes wobbly lines at low speed without software stabilizers. Many pressure levels, don't recall how many, ridiculously large and cumbersome, I end up resting it on a crossed leg since there's no room for both it and a reachable keyboard in front of me. Has a flap to trace or let a sheet of paper decorate, as useless as it gets, unless you use it to note what your hotkeys do. Is a bitch to setup initially and has a weird software quirk with sai (must be used and plugged before first launch or it will require a reboot, it didn't happen lately, maybe that issue is gone).

Overall, would not recommend, but it can help you think of not obvious criteria that makes a tablet better or worse for your needs: pen weight, tip durability and replaceability, encumbrance (you don't bring a footwide tablet around),useable area (mine is almost bigger than the screen, so I always control the whole screen and make full sized gestures, I guess that's more natural, practical, but it takes so much space it's stupid, can't tell if I would prefer a small tablet), hotkeys are overrated (there are never enough slots, I always use my left hand, except for media), levels of pressure, tip tilting (I have none, dunno what is amiss), ergonomy, etc.

Ask us anything.

This one or this one, then when you get the hang of it, upgrade to this one.
