Although I haven't used this one, Monoprice is a pretty reliable brand and I have had good luck with many of their products, and this tablet has good reviews.
Monoprice is just stamping their logo on UC Logic's OEM'd tech. There are a few resellers in the UK that are named something else, but a quick search turned this guy up.
