I use the following set of teaspoons but then again I don't need to dose any lower than 1/8 of a teaspoon in my 55 gallon. For small doses I recommend what others are suggesting or get a milligram scale.
I have these, they're awesome. Heavy stainless, have extra sizes like half tablespoon and 1/8 teaspoon that you don't often see, and they fit into spice jars.
