I recommend taking Amyloban 3399. It's what I take for schizophrenia. It's an extract from an edible mushroom known as Lion's Mane, that balances dopamine in the brain, promotes brain growth, and protects against grey matter loss. I would also recommend eating peanuts or some source of Vitamin E + Niacin (Vitamin B1). Both are great for healthy brain function and a lot of people are difficient in those.
