I take the whole thing if I have a solid 8 hours I can sleep, otherwise I cut it in half. They sell 5 mg ones too. Good stuff.
I highly highly highly recommend using melatonin to sleep when camping. I don't use it much other times, but a boost to your snooze is something worth thinking about when trying to sleep with rocks underneath you and weird sounds, you know? They sell it for pretty cheap on Amazon and there are not drowsy side effects. You will wake up totally refreshed and ready for the great outdoors!
I'd really appreciate these Melatonin tablets, since I've heard they might help me sleep better at night!
If not that, then I have some teas on my list around the same price. :p
