I passed the NCLEX last week. I used the UWorld free trial for a 1 week then renewed for 2 additional weeks, and I completed the ExamCram book (highly recommend this book, not too pricey either - http://www.amazon.com/NCLEX-RN-Practice-Questions-Exam-Cram/dp/0789751070/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1452621788&sr=8-1&keywords=exam+cram+nclex+rn). I would also occasionally use the ATI app on my phone I had from nursing school to answer questions in my spare time.
