I hate how inconsistent the shadows + labels are lighting-wise, but my best bet (for cheap) on recreating this look would be one light similar to this with a reflector on the opposite side of product. For a backdrop like this, I'd suggest heading to JOANN or Michaels or Paper Source/anything like those stores that would have textured papers. That sort of set up can get you a lot of various looks, such as this.
