This one is pretty decent. Not too expensive and fits your needs.
Would this work? It says N600. I'm a little sketched out by the other one I found because it's less than 5$.
You can get a RPi for dirt cheap. The Nano is $5, although you shouldn't get that one. The RPi3 has the best performance and built in Wifi. The wifi on the pi 3 isn't supported though.
If you want decent performance, you can get a Pi 2 B, and get a USB adaptor similar to this one. Make sure it's 5hz and has drivers for Raspbian.
Once that's done, you can set up the server on the Pi, and then log in using the client on a regular PC. This means the Pi will have to stay close to the Wii U though.

This "Dual band" adapter will allow you to wirelessly connect at up to 150 Mbps using 2.4GHz frequency or connect at up to 450 Mbps using 5GHz frequency.
