Ugh, that stinks. I assume you take Magnesium? I like the one I use, no GI issues and it’s not pricey. There’s no substitute for sunlight but the lamp is a real lifesaver. This is the one I use. It’s pricey but you can get them used too.

I have the Sadellite (https://www.amazon.com/Northern-Light-Bright-Therapy-Beige/dp/B000YQNGII/ref=sr_1_14_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1537801974&sr=8-14&keywords=light+therapy+lamp) which is great. It's a bit bulky, but really effective. You can probably find it for cheaper somewhere else though. I think I bought mine for about 100$ CAD.

Those lamp aren't cheap, but they work wonders for me. Plus, I think I changed the bulbs only once in like 5 years

This is kind of the "traditional" therapy light. Don't buy this one, it's an unknown seller, but they have them at medical supply places, some insurance covers them too.
