The sprayer looks like it doesn't have any booms, just a wand.... you'd probably want a sprayer like this Tow Behind Boom Sprayer
I just did a quick search for this Granular Pre Emergent that claims it covers 20,000 sq ft..
Reading the label, it looks like Dimension/dithiopyr does not prevent lavender or clover, so maybe spraying would be the better option for multiple products...
"Possible herbicide selections for pre-emergent clover control include isoxaben, napropamide, oxadiazon, oryzalin, pendimethalin and pronamide."
I'm not seeing anything for lavender control.
