I don't know, sorry! I just use the mineral Ombrelle that's available in Canada. It is 15% Titanium Dioxide, and it is this one on Amazon.ca (finally found it!). Here it is on Amazon.com (for twice the price, lands!) And the chemical one on Amazon.com.
When it comes to staining, I pretty much figure anything with a colourant adds colour to anything that touches it and will inevitably stain stuff. My pro tip is to get yourself some spray on stain remover, and use tinted on your face and a different kind on your body.
I like baby stain remover because it is very gentle on clothes and if it can get the poop/pee/grass/god knows what else stains out of white baby clothes every mom inevitably puts their child in, it will do a good job with whatever I try and throw at it.

I usually wait till it's on sale and buy a few bottles, haha. I'm really cheap.
Edit: I did take a few extra minute to search and didn't realize it was so hard to find! I just get it at any Shoppers Drug Mart or Safeway grocery store (both major chains here).
