Is it healthy to drop so many calories from your diet so abruptly? Sometimes cutting off too much weight too abruptly can be dangerous too.

I think seeing doctor is the best advice here, but in case you aren't willing or able to go to a doctor, then I'd recommend using the Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker by MyFitnessPal by MyFitnessPal app on the iOS App Store and/or Android Google Play store. It probably is the best substitute for a doctor available. Arguably it might be better then a doctor because it's free and it's always available. It can help you to properly measure your nutritional needs in a balanced way, while taking into account how much you are exercising, as you lose weight.

Also, for your exercise, have you tried protein drinks? You will probably need a lot of protein if you are doing a lot of exercise. I'd recommend drinking Optimum Nutrition. It comes highly recommended in protein drink reviews and it actually tastes good.
