You need to see a dentist full stop.
To help, get a decent electric tooth brush, brush properly twice a day for the full 2 minutes.
30 seconds a 1/4.

Also floss! It's so important.
If you struggle with flossing get something like this to help.

You will find your gums are going to bleed after flossing, this will be normal if you never floss.
As its signs of gum disease. Just keep it up and in a few days you will notice less blood.
Then hopefully non at all.

Then keep up flossing every second day. For the rest of your life.

Also get some Fluoriguard Mouthwash. Do that in the middle of the day.

Oh wow let me know how it goes for you! The surgeon I just rotated with does the Linx procedure.

Also on the brushing a ton but flossing twice a week, I honestly feel like you'd be better off flossing more and brushing less. Cavities form from all the trapped food between your teeth and gumline, and without flossing it gets stuck in there. Seems like it would be better for your gums if you flossed after every meal and used mouthwash rather than brushing 15 times a day.

Sometimes for snacks I will floss and chew gum or use mouthwash, or use a wisp mini toothbrush. I use these flossers during the day and I really like them. https://www.amazon.com/Oral-B-Glide-Care-Floss-Picks/dp/B001P920WG
