YES to dry Shampoo. I LOVE love love Osis+ Refresh Dust (not an affiliate link). Dry Shampoo is a personal thing based on your hair, but this is the one that I have found is the best for me. The white powder goes away with a finger comb-through, and there is no sign of oil and no gross product feeling at your roots. It just feels like I have clean hair. That one is pricey, but worth it for me. I like Bautiste as well, and when I get that I use the dark tinted one. But that feels like there is something in my hair and Im not a huge fan of that feeling. Again, personal preference.
As for the wet clothes, maybe a drying rack in the bathroom? I usually throw them straight into the washer (2 kids, ALWAYS laundry to do) or hang them on the drying rack until we have a load to do
