Your price range is going to be the main factor in a decision like this. If you're able and willing to shell out $1,000-2,000 a zero-gravity recliner is your best bet and will be an amazing chair for you. If you want something a little cheaper chairs like this are great and offer a reasonable amount of support and comfort; alternatively, for a pure recliner I would recommend Barcalounger over Lay-z-boy (I find them to be a little more fashionable and they tend to hold up better for longer.
