Look into the Camino Ingles. I just posted about doing the it with our 2yo in another thread.

I had apprehensions about doing it with a stroller because you couldn’t be guaranteed a path wide enough or solid enough to push it on. I’m glad we didn’t bring the stroller because some parts were narrow, dirt paths and we’d have had to fold up the stroller in those sections. The couple of rain days we had would have made pushing the stroller miserable.

We opted to carry him in an [Osprey Poco Ag](Osprey Packs Poco AG Plus Child Carrier, Ivy Green https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014EC648G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UzURCb2NNDWX6). It made for a slow walk over those 5 days, but it was also very enjoyable to share that experience with my family. The Camino Ingles was very well marked and we stayed at inexpensive hotels. We used El Camino Correos to transfer our big suit case from hotel to hotel. This made our backpacks manageable to carry. They held enough food, water, and diapers for the day, so they didn’t weigh a lot.
