I'm a beginner but I'm enjoying learning the left-hand songs in Adventures In Bassland. Even though some some are pretty hokey, they seem like good sight-reading exercise:

I also bought "The Mighty Accordion" but haven't used it much. It has exercises rather than songs, so it looks less fun.
