Panasonic G7. Depending on the type of kit lens you get with it, it's usually under $1000 dollars, or a little over it. It looks like the best camera in regards to specs.

/u/magicaltimelord - I agree with /u/covertkek - the Panasonic G7 probably comes closest to what you're looking for. It can record at 4K and at 1080/60p - plus it has a built-in intervalometer for time lapse.

With Resolve, you can keep the $200 in your pocket.

Yeah what you need for YouTube at that price is the Panasonic G7. This kit is a really good deal since you're getting the microphone and SD card with it. The G7 has 4K video, mic input, and that rotating screen you're looking for. Plus you have the option of getting creative and switching up your lenses at some point.
