I personally like the Lumix G7. it can record 4k video and is one of the cheaper price points for it. amazon has a shotgun mic bundle kit for 559. i would recommend a bit of research on the G7 and see if it fits your needs as its pretty dang close to your budget.

That looks about right if the still is an 18 megapixel image and the video capture is a 2 megapixel image at 1920 x 1080 pixels for full HD.
My first video DSLR was a Canon T2i and I'm pretty sure "full HD" was actually somewhere south of 1920 x 1080.
If you want higher resolution video, you might want to trade your T4i for a camera with higher video resolution. You're looking at spending WAY more money than you need to, even for 4k. Get something like this for $700 and you'll have 4k, interchangeable lens options, larger format sensor, and better video quality than the camcorders you've been looking at: https://amzn.com/B01C6BDVHE
Chances are you will not end up using 4k much unless you have a monster of a computer to handle editing it, but it doesn't matter either way as the 1080p from the G7 is top notch quality as well. The 14-42mm lens the camera comes with is very sharp.
I'm still new to videography, but I picked up this Panasonic G7 bundle. At $540, for a 4K camera with articulating touch screen display and mic input it was a great deal to get me started.
Here's a cool bundle for the G7 that has a fun little microphone. Pretty great price.
