Go ahead. It's a good razor, quite mild though, but sufficient enough for body shaving - I also manage to get a BBS when shaving my face.

The Weishi is a Chinese Twist-To-Open (TTO, 1-Piece) razor made of brass which is very good given the low price - most 3-piece razor heads are made of zamak which is inferior material that erodes quickly in contact with water when the chrome plating is affected.

It's not even overpriced on amazon (alternative would be aliexpress). The giirlz seem to like it. ;)
Take the blade out in between shaves and rinse the razor thoroughly. Just use a toothbrush and some mild dish soap to clean it. Use some fine machine oil occasionally, to oil the TTO mechanism so it stays smooth.
Against lime scale/soap scum that builds up inside the handle use a diluted (white) vinegar-water solution (1:4) plus a drop of dish soap and put in, but just for a short amount of time (5 min max), because acids (like in vinegar or citric acid like in bathroom cleaners) can destroy the chrome plating. Then again rinse it thoroughly with water to get the vinegar out.

When shaving my body I use a bathing poof and regular bar soap for lathering (real soap, no beauty bar/syndet like Dove!). You can of course also use real shaving soap/cream and a brush but do yourself a favor and do not use foam in a can!

Edit: If you're willing to spend 10 bucks more you may like the Parker (India) TTO for ladies, the 29L (also available on Amazon). It's modeled after the vintage Lady Gillette (blue,pink,champagne) - aka Star Burst.
