Looks like a Pelican case. Foam comes with the case, but you have to cut it yourself with an electric hot knife or pay someone to do if for you. Well worth it, but you want to make sure you don’t plan on adding or changing mods to your weapons once it’s cut.
Pelican 1720 Rifle Case
I always love to support fellow gun enthusiasts, especially when they are Redditors—but currently Anazon has new 1720 cases for $201 and free shipping. If you bumped the price down, even a little, I think you would generate a lot more interest. I'd probably even get one then.

The Pelican 1720 you were looking at, I presume on Amazon at its best price of ~$130, is a pretty good case for the price.

However, if you want something slightly less expensive than a Pelican then Negrini does produce a budget option for scoped rifles with barrel lengths of 24" and below (most of their other cases for rifles are upwards of $400. They produce higher end cases for companies like Beretta and they also make amazing 1911 cases). This case is available via their website at the moment for $99.
