Not sure if the mouse is worth it as I have never actually used it but this mouse is normally $25 on amazon and dips down to $20 some times. This is not much of a sale if you consider it's only $5 off its regular price on amazon.

  1. Gaming mice tend to be quite pricey if you get a branded one. Unless you're a pro (like super precise fps stuff) I highly recommend Perixx. Its literally half the price, mine's been working great for the past 4 years and its on amazon.

  2. As for LED lighting, again HUE+ is quite expensive for the functionality. Go for https://www.amazon.com/Tingkam-RGB-Attached-Controller-Generation/dp/B01HXPPUR2/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479459584&sr=1-5&keywords=led+pc+lighting
If you want something that just works.

  3. I got myself a drone last year but ended up playing with it like 3-4 times. There's a very high chance that it'll just end up in storage

  4. Personally I recommend a nice tech backpack or satchel. Checkout CaseCrown for tech orientated packs

I've been using the [Perixx MX-2000B] (http://amzn.com/B0083H4NG4) for two weeks now as my main mouse (Logitech G400 is now used at work), and it's a great mouse. The size and shape fit my hand well, and the tracking seems just as good as my G400. You get weights and a customizeable LED for $31.99, so that's a definitely plus at this price point. Overall, I've been very happy with the mouse. Can't say how these other branded versions of the mouse compare, but the Perixx one is great. Maybe consider getting this one if you can't find honest reviews of that Anker version. There seem to be a lot of reviews for this one as well; positive at that.

This looks like a much better value than a 3 button Razer mouse.

Perixx

Free 5 day delivery. Roughly £2 over your limit though

This guy served me well for a good 3 years before I decided I wanted a G502. It still works flawlessly to this day. https://www.amazon.com/Perixx-MX-2000-Programmable-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4/

You should try the Perixx MX-2000B. It is cheap, ergonomic, accurate, programmable, DPI adjustable on the fly, good scroll wheel and click, omron switches, and it has the sexiest, most useful thumb button a mouse has ever seen.

I had a G500. This is better.

I own a perixx mx-2000 it is a bit ridiculous looking but it feels amazing it has 8 buttons that can all be programmed you can change the sensitivity for sniping with the touch of a button and it is very cheap 25$ it also has adjustable weight comes with a really good software http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0083H4NG4/ref=redir_mdp_mobile/183-4915103-8393349

u/SuspiciousDuck · 1 pointr/buildapc

I'm a bit late to the party but I would highly recommend this. It is cheap and amazing, slightly on the small side but it is great. It has an adjustable weight, macros, custom led, DPI button so you can change your DPI on the fly. Highly recommend and for the price its 100% worth it!

I use this and never looked back..

Still using a cheap Gear Head wireless keyboard, and it's decent enough for now. I'd like to replace it with a good mechanical eventually, but I'd rather buy games than save for it apparently. The mouse that came with the keyboard was absolute dogshit, so I replaced it with a Perixx-MX-2000B. I also got a nice rigid mouse pad for it too. The response is amazing. And to think that I used to have a dirty peasant problem using controllers all the time to game. That mouse helped me correct this issue.

I love it. It has 4 different profiles, several different color options and a "breathing" function which makes the light pulse. 8 different buttons, all programmable. Sleeved wire and weights to make the mouse heavier. You can cycle the profiles you create with the software on the fly.

I hope to spend this weekend with my partner. He only has time to see me on Saturdays and Sundays, and I miss him all the time, so I spend all week looking forward to the weekend. I love the guy like crazy. 1.21 Gigawatts crazy.

In the unlikely event that I actually win one of these contests, I'd finally like to upgrade my mouse.

Thanks for the contest.

This is my favourite mouse, had it for about 4 months and works like a charm! Cheap as shit too. I've compared it to the Razer Naga and I prefer this one.

Well, I'm not the kind of guy who goes all out on keyboards and mice. I don't bother with mechanic keyboard which absolutely soar prices.

However both of them are gaming hardware. The keyboard is backlit just because I play at night a lot and the mouse has adjustable DPI, extra buttons on the side etc. The extra buttons can be assigned with macros, so incredibly helpful for any game.

As you can see they're both perixx, which I believe fills a nice middle ground between really cheap stuff and incredibly expensive gear. I've had no problems with either. The keyboard I've owned now for almost 3 years. All keys function and everything works accordingly. The mouse I've had for about a year and a half and has been perfect. You get a little program which allows you to easily assign macros to the keys.

You obviously don't need to go for them, but that's just an idea of what you can get with that money.

I spent about £800 on my new rig, mainly because I slapped a GTX970 in there just so I don't have to deal with any problems running games. Put in an i5 too, don't really need the i7.

u/Brapsputin · 1 pointr/graphic_design

I use a Perixx 2000B, would recommend. Has 11 buttons which are really useful (although I probably use 7/8)

Comes with 6 weights that you can add/remove as you please too. I use mine at the heaviest setting.

I highly recommend the perixx m2000. I've had it few a few years now and works like a charm. Its got a couple extra buttons on it but nothing too fancy. $25 ish on amazon.

True true. I don't get how people can not sit the right way. I can feel the hurt every time I use someone else station.

You play games with the trackball?

THis is my mouse: https://www.amazon.com/Perixx-MX-2000-Programmable-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1537046339&sr=1-3-fkmr0&keywords=perixx+1310

u/Magnetic_Tree · 1 pointr/buildapc

This is the mouse I use.

It is an absolute STEAL for 25 bucks.

DPI adjustment, 3 extra buttons, great cord, adjustable weight, and RGB LED lighting on the wheel and logo

u/AToyGoat · 1 pointr/buildapc

If you do decide you need a new mouse consider this Perixx MX, its the one I've been using for around six months now it performs like a much more expensive mouse and is completely customisable in terms of DPI and profiles.

u/SYCarrot · 1 pointr/buildapc

I don't really have an experience, but what about this one? or this one?

u/alexskate · 1 pointr/GlobalOffensive

Steelseries Kana CS:GO Edition, gifted me by friends on my birthday.

But i used http://www.amazon.it/Perixx-MX-2000IIB-programmabile-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4 before.

u/FamishedHippopotamus · 1 pointr/buildapc

Something with adjustable DPI would work fine. Doesn't have to be really fancy and expensive, I got mine for around $25 on sale.

Just the mouse I use. It's pretty good and has some nice features.

u/BN91 · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

This is what I've been using for about 3 years now. Everyday, 8+ hours a day. I chose this one because is has an extension on the left side of the mouse that acts as a thumb rest. I don't like feeling my thumb drag across the mouse pad. It come with weights to adjust to your liking and extra pads to put on the mouse to keep it sliding smoothly. Its got lights that you can turn off or constantly on or set to pulse mode... So far it's been a solid affordable mouse. I'll drop a link.

edit: I left a lot out. like breaded cable. 5600dpi. rubber gripping...etc. just check out the link lol

I recently got a new mouse for £24. When I was looking at what to get, I decided to put my hatred for Razer aside for a moment. The DeathAdder seemed like the best for me, and I noted down its price of ~£40. It was only later that I found the Perixx mouse. The customisation in the software is very impressive, and the settings are saved to the actual mouse rather than the computer. You can uninstall the mouse's software even, if you like. I feel like I've gotten something worth three times more than the Razer mouse, and it was only 60% of the cost.

My friend has one of their headsets, and although it is alright (low volume, iffy sound, great mic) it cost him £60. I'm sure even the £24 Plantronics headsets on Amazon are as good.

As for the keyboards, you'll be lectured dare you show one on /r/MechanicalKeyboards. They use knock-off switches which they (naturally) claim are better, but I'll take Cherry's switches over their's any day.

I bought this mouse about a year ago and am really loving it, good weight to it (the weight is adjustable) and the clicks feel really solid too.

I've never had any trouble with build quality either.
