Maybe something like this? :o

Hi, I bought this and it seems to work pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001R674LE. It seems pretty sturdy ( though I just got it so I haven't used it much) and it was only $10 so you only spend 1/2 your budget.

Edit: just saw the requirement about numeric pad not numrow. I'm not sure how I test that, but if you know how I can tomorrow and get back to you.

They tend to cost somewhere around that. But there are a few other options. You can buy a rubber dome one for dirt cheap ~10-20 USD.

If you are handy with a soldering iron you can buy whatever switches you like and hook it up with a teensey. Would cost somewhere in the ballpark of 50 dollars without a case.

There's also these things out there.

The only other option I can think of is buying something with macro keys from craigslist or something similar. At least in my area you can find Razers or the G710+ all day at around 50 USD.
