How long have you had her? Is she spayed (if not that is definitely part of the issue with peeing on your bed) - you need to get her spayed, which will also help avoid a very high chance of cancer for her otherwise.

How big is her space? She must have at least 4 by 2 ft of space in her enclosure to run all the time. Do you spend time with her, did you take the time to properly bond with her and get her to trust you? Bunnies are very social and need attention from you. She might be protesting lack of space or attention...

Has she always acted this way, or is this sudden that she is not eating hay? If sudden, she may be ill and you should take her to a rabbit savvy vet ASAP. Sometimes bunnies in pain will act out.

Again you need to spay her and you must consult with a GOOD rabbit savvy vet to get that done.

Here you can find a list of rabbit savvy vets by state:

In the very short term try getting her a stuffed teddy bear to cuddle up to and get some hormones out on - that might possibly help.

Also offer her more toys: bunnies love cardboard castles, tunnels, etc. here are some quick homemade ideas:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Rabbits/comments/9j3lod/a_couple_people_requested_this_i_wish_i_was_able/ - watch this for how to make a homemade toy for loads of fun. Just hide treats in a toilet paper or paper towel roll and stuff with hay. You can also stuff a paper bag and give to bunny to try to open up and get inside (don’t use tape).

https://www.reddit.com/r/Rabbits/comments/9n0li2/egg_carton_with_greens_a_great_toy/ - anther great toy idea: egg carton with greens or hay inside

It sounds like you might need some help and tips with how to bond with her and other things.. try to read through the little summary I made - it has info on how to get the bunny to like you more, and lots of resources to great toys and things to keep them occupies. I think this would be worth your time https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Z_IvDuy5Fr-VOKwBVBSmZih0m1ATCIquIMhYyFl4aIw

Lastly, you can try to bunny proof the areas you don't want her to enter or make a larger enclose for her and only let her out when you can supervise (but still everyday though) until spayed and better behaved. Also you must get her to eat hay or she will have dental issues... The summary I shared will have links on where to get hay (like the sampler box) she might like, how to build a good bunny enclosure and how to bunny proof.

try this waterproof blanket on your bed: https://www.amazon.com/PetAmi-Deluxe-Blanket-Reversible-Sherpa/dp/B075FGMHYM/ref=sr_1_11?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1538078128&sr=1-11&keywords=large%2Bfleece%2Bblanket%2Bfor%2Bpets&th=1

Whatever you do please don't let her go outside, frustrating as it may be right now. Spaying her should help you fix some of the issues... set free alone outside she will die! Just wanted to mention this.
